ERROR inner classes cannot have static declarations

발생되는 경우 내부 클래스 안에서 static 선언자를 쓴 경우

조 언 내부 클래스 안에서는 static 선언자를 쓸수 없습니다.

내부 클래스 안에서 사용된 static 선언자를 제거해 주십시요.
